By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, submitting an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ai Resume.

If you are purchasing services on behalf of an organization or another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ai Resume provides the following professional career document services:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By using Ai Resume, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our services are available to clients worldwide, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order with Ai Resume, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date career information via our intake form so your writer can produce the highest quality document
• Respond to any clarification questions from your assigned writer within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
• Review your completed draft promptly and submit any revision requests within the timeframe specified in your package
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials in the information you provide to us

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that involve requests for fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Request documents that contain false, fabricated, or misleading career information
• Use our free ATS Checker tool in an automated or abusive manner (e.g., bots, scrapers)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or writer portals
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute documents we create for you without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or submit a third party's career information without their consent
• Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, design, logos, and software — is the property of Ai Resume and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Resume documents and career materials we create for you are delivered for your personal, professional use. Once full payment is received, you own the final documents we write for you. However, you may not resell or commercialize these documents or represent them as template products created by you.

Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent from Ai Resume.

7. Client-Provided Content

When you submit career information to us (work history, achievements, education, skills, etc.), you grant Ai Resume a limited license to use that information solely for the purpose of writing your career documents.

You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful and accurately represents your career history
• You own the rights to all content you submit and it does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain false or defamatory statements about any employer, colleague, or organization

We do not retain or use your career information beyond fulfilling your order and supporting revision requests.

8. Pricing and Payments

Our current service packages are:

• Essential ($149): Professional resume, ATS optimization, 5-day delivery, 2 rounds of revisions, Word & PDF format.
• Professional ($279): Everything in Essential, plus a tailored cover letter, LinkedIn profile rewrite, unlimited revisions, and 3-day rush option.
• Executive ($449): Everything in Professional, plus executive bio, 60-min career strategy call, priority 48-hour delivery, and a dedicated senior writer.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

9. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our satisfaction guarantee means:

• Unlimited Revisions: We will revise your documents until you are completely satisfied with the content and presentation.
• Full Refund: If after all revisions you are still not satisfied with your documents, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
• Error Refund: If you were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical issue), we will correct it immediately.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@Ai-resume.org within 30 days of your order. We do not offer refunds based on job search outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

10. Turnaround Times and Delivery

Turnaround times begin after we receive your completed intake form:

• Essential: 3–5 business days for the first draft
• Professional: 3–5 business days standard; 72-hour rush available on request
• Executive: 48-hour priority delivery included

Delivery times may be extended if we require additional information from you and you do not respond promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate intake information.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics and payment processors. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services linked to or integrated with our website.

12. Advertising

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Career or employment outcomes resulting from documents we produce
• Loss of business opportunities or income
• Delays caused by failure to provide required intake information on time
• Third-party actions, including hiring decisions made by employers

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai Resume and its writers, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of false or misleading career information.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your order or restrict access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of termination due to our error, a full refund will be issued. In cases of termination due to your violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in the jurisdiction where Ai Resume operates.
